Our Courts and Jails Are Putting Lives at Risk: "Across the country, only a small number of courts and justice systems appear to have significantly adjusted their procedures to guard against the coronavirus pandemic. And that is putting tens of thousands of people at risk for no good reason." As long as the courts are open it is our duty to keep those accused from being thrown into limbo as the pandemic event continues.
Ask your courts for safety precautions and to limit exposure for those who must appear. An informed community on all sides is the safest way forward for everyone.
